Want to be healthy without trying the new fad diet that doesn't actually work? My husband was a bit skeptical at the start, but it does take some work. Mostly reading labels, understanding protien and calories and how to get enough protien and good calories to help on the journey. I have learned that there is a balance and you can still get all the great flavors you enjoy with proper portions.
